Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location within Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Europe.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number, which will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

DailyCare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages

DailyCare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly with photos of the item and packaging, and we will happily resolve the issue.
